I have never seen anyone as efficient as Frico Jean (at Octo Construction). He is a phenomenal individual. He is a hard worker. He pays attention to details. To be quite honest, I have never seen anything like his work. His design ideas are unique. He brings a breathe of fresh air to the construction industry. He never replicates any models or designs that he was created before. His work speaks for itself.I am always at awe with his new projects. I would 1000 recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

A year ago, I needed a great company to help me renovate this two-family apartment in the south shore area. Luckily, I was referred by Octo construction. It was the best thing that could have happened to me. Octo construction gave me more than I asked for. The general contractor helped me save a lot of money by getting the best products, appliances , materials at the same time affordable. On a weekly basis, I was able to visit the site to see the progress going on. The General contractor providing me great details of things I was unaware and clueless of. That was my first time renovating a house, a lot of things were new to me, the general contractor always take time to go into details, always providing me with the pro and con and always allowed me to take the best decisions that would fit my style and needs.
